Relays will be held over the middle and olympic distance. Each person ot a relay covers one discipline (swimming, cycling or running). It is also possible to start as a team of two (couple), although there won't be separate rankings or awards.
The transition from one to the next athlete will take place in a separated area in the transition zone, who will be marked accordingly. Athletes will pass on their timing chip to the next relay team member.
Bibs and swimming caps will have different colours compared with single athletes.
All relay members need to be at least 16 years old on race day.
Regarding race briefings, starting procedure, aid stations and award ceremony and the like, all rules ot the relevant distance are in place.
Relay athletes in the middle distance have to be at least 18 years old on race day, those in the olympic distance at least 16 years old.
